DialysisOnGo is a modern healthcare technology platform built to simplify dialysis care for patients traveling across cities. We designed and developed a user-friendly web platform that enables patients to search for dialysis centers at their destination, compare available centers, check services and availability, and book dialysis sessions online.
Client’s Requirement
The client wanted to build a digital healthcare platform that makes it easier for dialysis patients to find and book dialysis care while traveling across cities.
The goal was to eliminate the difficulty of manually searching for dialysis centers, checking availability, comparing options, and coordinating appointments before traveling. The platform needed to allow users to search by destination, find verified dialysis centers, compare available options, and book dialysis sessions online.
The website was designed with a strong focus on simplicity, accessibility, location-based discovery, and a seamless patient booking experience.
Our Strategy
RESEARCH & PLANNING
We began by understanding the challenges faced by patients who need dialysis while traveling.
The platform required a straightforward search experience where users could enter their destination city, destination address, and preferred date to discover relevant dialysis centers.
We also planned the center-discovery experience around important decision-making factors such as ratings, availability, services, pricing, and patient reviews.

Making Dialysis Booking Simple for Traveling Patients: One of the key challenges was creating a booking journey that would remain simple for users who may be searching for healthcare in an unfamiliar city.
Finding Relevant Centers by Location: Patients need to find centers close to their destination. The platform therefore needed a location-focused search experience that considers the user’s destination address and helps identify nearby centers.
Comparing Multiple Healthcare Providers: Patients may need to consider several factors before choosing a center. The platform needed to present information such as ratings, availability, services and pricing in an easy-to-understand way.
Creating Trust in the Booking Process: Because the platform deals with healthcare services, trust and clarity were important parts of the user experience. The platform highlights verified centers, provider information and booking confirmation to give users greater confidence.
